Littering is carelessly throwing or leaving trash in public places, streets, or nature. Littering is one of the biggest environmental issues, people litter because they're careless, think it's not a big deal, or don't want to take time to find a trash can. Littering can cause many issues, such as, pollution, flooding, harm to people, harm to animals, spreads diseases, and so on. If we don't take action, these problems will continue to grow and damage our environment.
Several ways we can keep our environment clean and safe are to properly dispose trash, installing more garbage cans, recycling paper and cardboard, spreading awareness, educating children about environmental care, trash to art projects, and many more.
In conclusion, littering is a serious issue that harms the environment, animals, and our areas. Trash on the streets, nature, and public places can pollute the area, cause flooding, and spreads diseases. If everyone takes action, our environment will be cleaner and safer for people, animals, and future generations.
